These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and [SRISEVA Legal Entity Name] (“SRISEVA”, “we”, “us”), registered at [Registered Address] [GSTIN/Reg. No. if applicable]. By creating an account or using the SRISEVA website/app (the “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

SRISEVA is a technology platform that connects devotees with verified partner temples and priests to facilitate temple seva bookings, dakshina/donations, live and recorded darshan streaming, and prasadam delivery. SRISEVA acts as an intermediary/facilitator; the actual ritual, seva or prasadam preparation is performed by the respective temple/trust/priest partner.

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and while booking.

When booking a seva, you must provide accurate sankalp details (devotee name, gotram, nakshatra and related information). SRISEVA and its temple partners are not responsible for errors in the seva sankalp arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you. Seva dates and time slots are subject to temple availability and traditional calendar (panchangam) constraints, and may be rescheduled by the temple for reasons beyond our control (e.g. festival closures, unforeseen temple events).

Dakshina and donations made through the Platform are voluntary contributions to the relevant temple/trust or cause (such as E-Hundi, Anna Prasad Seva, Gou Seva or Temple Renovation) and are generally non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy. Where applicable, an 80G tax-exemption receipt will be issued to the donor's registered details.

Prasadam is prepared and dispatched by the temple/kitchen partner and delivered by our logistics partners in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. As prasadam is a perishable, sanctified item, delivery timelines may vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees.

Live darshan streams and recordings are provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Downloading, re-streaming, recording or redistributing darshan content without permission is prohibited. Stream availability and quality depend on the temple's network/infrastructure and third-party hosting providers, and are provided on a best-effort basis.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other permitted payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking). The amount charged is the authoritative package/seva price confirmed by our systems at the time of payment; any amount shown earlier on the Platform is indicative only. By making a payment you authorise us and our payment partners to process the transaction.

Cancellation and refund eligibility differ by product (seva, dakshina, prasadam, darshan) and are described in detail in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Provide false sankalp, delivery or payment information.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.
• Copy, resell or commercially exploit content or darshan streams without written permission.

All content on the Platform — including the SRISEVA name, logo, design, text, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to SRISEVA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

The Platform integrates third-party services, including Razorpay for payments and third-party logistics providers for prasadam delivery. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SRISEVA is not liable for acts or omissions of independent temple, priest or logistics partners beyond our reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRISEVA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, delays in seva performance, darshan stream interruptions, or prasadam delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold SRISEVA, its affiliates, temple partners and employees harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [jurisdiction/city], India.
