This policy applies to prasadam ordered for home delivery through SRISEVA. Seva bookings, dakshina and live darshan do not involve physical shipping.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver prasadam across most serviceable pin codes within India. Select international destinations may be supported for certain items, subject to customs, import duties and local regulations, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Processing & Dispatch Time

Prasadam is prepared fresh at the temple kitchen after your seva/sankalp is completed. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days of the seva date, depending on the temple's preparation schedule and the specific prasadam item ordered.

4. Shipping Partners & Charges

We work with reputed third-party courier and logistics partners to ship prasadam. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location, order weight and delivery speed selected.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery typically takes [3–7] business days within India from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track the status of your order anytime from My Bookings.

7. Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date via our support form with your order reference, and where possible, photographs of the received item and packaging. 8. Perishable Nature of Prasadam

Prasadam is a sanctified, often perishable food item. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and consume/store it per the guidance provided with the package. SRISEVA and its logistics partners are not responsible for spoilage caused by delays in receiving the package due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
