Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy sets out how and when you can cancel a seva booking, dakshina/donation, prasadam order or live darshan access on SRISEVA. It should be read together with our Refund Policy.
2. Seva Booking Cancellations
- Sevas can be cancelled free of charge up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled seva date/time.
- Cancellations made within [24] hours of the scheduled seva, or after a priest has been assigned/the seva has commenced, are not eligible for cancellation, as temple preparations (sankalp, samagri) are already underway.
- To cancel, go to My Bookings and select “Cancel Booking”, or contact support with your booking reference.
3. Dakshina & Donation Cancellations
Dakshina and donations are processed instantly to support the temple/cause selected and cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, except in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge (see our Refund Policy).
4. Prasadam Order Cancellations
- Prasadam orders can be cancelled free of charge before the order is dispatched from the temple kitchen.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled; if there is an issue with the delivered item, please refer to our Refund Policy for damaged/undelivered item claims.
5. Live & Recorded Darshan
One-time live darshan access passes are non-cancellable once the stream link has been issued or viewed. If a scheduled live darshan is cancelled or postponed by the temple, we will notify you and offer a reschedule or refund of the access fee, where applicable.
